We visited The Copeland Guest House during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day; a two night visit with our kids and my parents. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The rooms are warm and comfortable. The home-cooked breakfast was delicious. Our kids loved the music room and tried out every instrument. Snacks, board games, walks, and family time – perfect for the holiday week. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality, Colleen and Kathryn! We are already planning our next visit.

We had such a nice time in a truly beautiful and comfortable setting. Ms.Colleen does such a wonderful job with the small details that really enhanced the stay. The farm fresh country breakfast from scratch was still in our minds and conversation long after it was enjoyed. The music room is really the greatest thing I have seen in any bed and breakfast and if the small businesses that we experienced in Shullsburg weren’t so nice and welcoming, I could have stayed in that room all weekend. Thank you for your hospitality and expect us back.

We enjoyed a great weekend at the Copeland Guest House, first time for us at a B & B and it was wonderful. Home is beautiful inside and out, all of the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The front porch is a great place to hang out and enjoy the company of other guests. Only a short walk to shopping and the local bars/restaurants. The breakfast was amazing, best waffles I have ever tasted. We are already planning our next stay. Colleen made sure everything was perfect!

My family stayed at the Copeland house for our family Christmas get together in January.At times there were 25 people throughout the house. It did NOT feel cramped or crowded. ABSOLUTELY IDEAL and LOVED it. Had everything we needed. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens. Beautiful dinnerware and plenty of paper products. Felt very pampered in their bedrooms with high end linens and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Colleen and all for making us feel at home.

The Copeland Guest House is a Wisconsin treasure. Colleen and Kathryn are both wonderful. The amenities were perfect, the food was delicious and the house allowed for much needed relaxation! We can’t wait to go back to Shullsburg and stay again.
